We were actually surprised by the charming Italian village atmosphere of this accommodation. The location, right in the heart of Hampstead village, was perfect for us. The rooms were small but well-equipped, and the homely continental atmosphere added to the cozy feel. The staff, particularly Alex at reception, were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the value-for-money restaurant on the ground floor, serving delicious meals. The short walk to the Hampstead tube station made it convenient to explore London. And let's not forget the fabulous coffee that helped kick-start our days. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like noisy cleaning staff and limited breakfast options, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay in Hampstead.

The room was small but perfect, extremely clean, and the bed was a dream. Great value for the location. Dinner was really good. Lorenzo and Adam were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is great, really green and lovely with lots of nice little cafes and shops. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of options for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes from the tube station, so it's easy to get to Central London.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location in a great area of this city was perfect for us, as it was not far from the Underground and in the area we needed to be in to meet up with family staying nearby. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Speaking of breakfast, it was a simple continental buffet, but they had plenty to offer and the coffee was barista made. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

The view from our room was a bit disappointing, as it was blocked by a conservatory/extension below.
